I was richly blessed by a conversation with a friend today. Rather than going to lunch together, we went for a 3.5 mile walk around Glenwood Gardens. It was a bit cool and windy, but it was a blessing. I don’t want to get into the details of the conversation other than a wonderful quote from my friend, “I just think I want to be a blessing to others.” He was a blessing to me today. Reminded me a bit of the walk of the two disciples on the road to Emmaus. We were walking and talking about life and faith and I’m pretty sure that Jesus met us in the midst of our time together.
