Lent 41 – Dawn

I’ve been taking a picture of the growing number of rocks being placed on the center of the labyrinth as I have prayed there nearly every day over the last few weeks. The other morning, someone added to the collection of rocks and shells a simple flower bloom. It just shone beautifully in the light of the rising dawn. I’ve said this many times on here but I love mornings. I love the quiet beauty that a morning brings and I love when that beauty is accentuated by the offerings of others like this simple flower at dawn in the center of a holy circle of prayer.
