Songs of Ascent – Psalm 131 – Karuna

I was introduced to the word Karuna in a meditation podcast several weeks ago and it was tied to being able to offer a blessing and a wish for oneself, for those immediately around us, and to all far beyond us. I heard about it right around the time of reading Psalm 131 so I heard the connection between the two.

May I find relief
May I find peace
May I be at ease

May you find relief
May you find peace
May you be at ease

May all find relief
May all find peace
May all be at ease
