Scout was not excited to go on a walk early this morning so I was out solo on the first frosty morning of the Fall and also the first clear skies morning we’ve had in like a week. This morning wasn’t a lonely morning but it was a beautiful morning of solitude. This picture spoke to me of solitude – the stillness of the water, the haze off the lake, and the bench surrounded. I am grateful for the time of solitude this morning to take in the beauty of this morning and feeling the presence of the Creator.
